Pharmacist, calm curator, and mum to two teenage boys

I'm Cara Little — Pharmacist, calm curator, and mum to two teenage boys who think I'm part doctor, part Uber driver and love to test my patience.

Couple this with running a business, a household and decoding the mess that is modern midlife health — you got the perfect storm for an emotional meltdown.

I realised in my search for a better way, women didn't need more jargon — they needed real talk. So now I turn confusing health advice into simple, everyday edits that actually work in the chaos of real life.

I live in the space between evidence-based and intuitive — yes, I love my studies and supplements, but I'm equally here for acupuncture, adaptogens, and a moon ritual if that's your jam.
